About Us

The Oaks Healthcare Center

Putting Faith and Caring First.

Our Mission

To glorify God in all we do by shepherding our residents, patients, customers, and employees consistent with the "Fruit of the Spirit" - love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Our staff of caring professionals have years of experience that enables them to provide the highest quality of care while treating patients and their loved ones with dignity and respect.

Core Values

  • Integrity

We act with honesty and integrity, not compromising the truth.

  • Unity

We strive to work together as a team to support each other professionally and personally. We believe succeeding as a team is more important then succeeding individually.

  • Respect

We treat our residents, patients, customers, suppliers, families and others with respect and sensitivity recognizing the importance of diversity. We respect all individuals and value their contribution.

  • Goodness

We strive to be good at all we do. As a result, we strive to provide quality services, satisfying our customer's needs and fulfilling our commitments to them.

  • Accountability

We accept our individual and team responsibilities and we meet our commitments. We take responsibility for our performance in all our decisions and actions.

  • Stewardship

We will steward the resources that we have been given by establishing a minimum expectation for profitability; seeking a balance between the needs of residents, patients, employees, shareholders, and what is required for sustainability.

Our Belief

”Everyone is somebody to someone.“ That statement is simple but profound. Everyone is someone's mom or dad; son or daughter; coach, mentor, or friend. Even if you are not a part of one of these relationships with someone else, it is our belief that you are loved and valued by your Creator made for a purpose and in His image.

Psalm 139:13-14 says "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." These words from scripture best describe our view of you, your family, your caregivers, and your friends.

Our belief pushes back against the prevailing cultural view of people, their worth, and value. We believe you are somebody, regardless of your perceived successes or failures. Our belief leads us to treat you as we would treat our own family or friends. We push this expectation into every aspect of our organization. Whether dealing with a patient, a loved one, employees, or a supply vendor, we strive to treat everyone as though they are somebody to someone.

Our Promise

Cliche' words in healthcare are the norm in the 21st century. Simply review brochures, websites, and print media. The words quality, compassion, and professional are used by many providers to describe themselves, somehow implying that their competitors just don't measure up. It is our belief that a base expectation for providers and caregivers should be that they would provide quality services, with compassion and professionalism. It's not something to advertise as a competitive advantage.

These are not words that we can use to describe our services, but words that we hope you would use when describing them. Our promise to you is that we will do our best to meet your expectation of quality, compassion, and professionalism. Our goal is to exceed that expectation.
